my favorite piece of technology

 Hy everyone!!

today i am gonna talk about my favorite piece of technology, obviously is the cellphone because it is a little piece of technology and i can use this all the time cause i always have my cellphone in my hand, and also i can do a lot of things with this, listen to music, find so much information on the internet, see movies, sent messenges, check my instagram, have cellphone calls,  made group videocalls, post things on my instagram or tiktok, read books, and sometimes i can ignore people or unconfrotable situations.

i think i use the cellphone a lot and sometimes this can be a problem for my mental health or my expectations about myself or the world, it is necesary use the celllphone with consciousnes because some days or the biggest part of the time i forget to remember the social media is not the real life and being accepted in this is not the most important thing in my life.

i would recommend ussing the cellphone because it is an easy way to be conected to the social media and the global internet but at the same time it is necessary to remember that is not everithing and see the world with our eyes is so much better.
